As a contract researcher at the School of Engineering, Kwansei Gakuin University, I am using deep learning to estimate emotions and detect Alzheimer’s disease through eye gaze. My goal is to identify latent human characteristics, emotions, and cognitive states. I was inspired to pursue this field while working under the guidance of Professor Takashi Nagamatsu at the Human Interface Laboratory of Kobe University, where I discovered the untapped value of eye gaze data and became fully immersed in my research. My research areas include Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and Security. If you are interested in my research, please feel free to contact me.
